1. In case of missing or damaged items in the delivery, additional delivery or exchanges will only be available to those who report the issue within one week of receiving the item, with photos and an unboxing video confirming the condition. Please refer to the instructions below for recording your unboxing video and photos, and submit them through the "1:1 Inquiry" section on the MAKESTAR website.
- Record videos of all four sides of the box (front, back, and both sides) before opening.
- Record the packaging condition after opening the box.
- Record all components in the package to ensure they are visible.
* Exchanges are not possible if more than 7 days have passed since the delivery (based on tracking information) or if videos are not submitted. The same policy applies to customers using forwarding services.
* For exchanges or returns, only the designated courier service must be used. If other courier services are used, the item will be automatically returned.
2. Domestic Delivery Information
- Additional shipping fees may apply for deliveries to Jeju Island and other remote areas.
3. International Delivery Information
- Customs duties may be incurred depending on the destination country, and these duties are the buyer's responsibility. If customs duties are not paid within the specified period, the item will be automatically discarded, and re-shipment will not be possible.
- Items will be automatically discarded if customs clearance is not completed, and re-shipment will not be possible in such cases.
- Undervaluing for customs purposes cannot be accommodated, even if requested in the remarks section.
